Med Students Find a New Home at Doral's Valencia

Miami, FL- February 15, 2017- Kaizen Realty Partners, leaders in South Florida Real Estate represented two medical students in the lease of a lake-view, newly renovated, 1/1 bedroom apartment at Doral's Valencia.  

Brittany Sandhu and Rebecka Sanchez assisted the tenants: two medical students who attend school near Valencia. Brittany Sandhu prepared the initial search based on the couple's needs.  They also wanted amenities such as a pool, a gym, and a lake-view. The apartment includes two assigned parking spaces. "The 602 sq. ft unit had everything they were looking for" says Rebeka Sanchez Associate at Kaizen Realty Partners.
